Been thinking the same thing. There are many ways to make money from this game I suppose. Have you read Clarkatroids blog and recent posts about how he became a professional poker player? He makes cash sound like it's easy, even if you can have a breakeven game you can live off the rakeback as long as you play enough.
It made me think about having a do but haven't taken the plunge yet.
how do you cope with losing a whole buy-in in ONE hand?

that sounds accurate to me.
I was playing on stars as the longer blind structure suited me. I used sharkscope to scope the players sat waiting and if they were a fish sat and if a shark i didn't. It's easier to get a read on a single player to exploit.
might start giving these a go again. I actually contacted boss to tell them that i didn't like their blind structure and they added the games i wanted so i should play them really...

Have Boss changed the structure of their HUSNG then United? The one I saw was fucking terrible, started with like 50BB
